We hiked down the long trail of stairs until we reached the hidden beach tucked away off the roadside. There on the white sandy beaches we set up camp for the day. Once we were all situated, off in the distance we noticed fins popping in and out of the crashing blue waves. Right before our eyes wild spinner dolphins began jumping and spinning out of the water. Hour upon hour these spinner dolphins danced before our eyes. The few of us that were sitting on the hidden beach were treated to a show of dolphins splashing and playing in the ocean. Enamored with these sweet dolphins, I squealed with joy each time they jumped. It was as if I was a little girl again, finding happiness in the simple wonders of the world. Standing on the sandy beaches, with toes dug into the the ocean shores I savored the memory within my heart, I cherished the little gift of dancing dolphins.
