Back to School with Essential Oils day 3 – Focus

When an individual inhales an essential oil the olfactory bulb is activated and directly link to brain process that stimulate and encourage neural connections.

The simple act of diffusing an essential oil like lavender in the classroom, or inhaling peppermint from a bottle, can have immediate and effective impact on the learner. Simple yet powerful suggestion through essential oils and remedies have demonstrated that essential oils and nutritional support are powerful tools for improving focus, concentration and much more!¹

One of the best ways to helping enhance the senses and sustain focus, is using the InTune blend. It is perfect for staying on task when you are trying to study or concentrate.

Ways To Use InTune

  • Apply to the temples and back of neck when doing tasks that require concentration.

  • Dispense InTune on a clay pendant and place on a desk or in other key areas in a classroom.

Improved Concentration Roller Ball Recipe:

In a 10ml rollerball add
2 drops Cedarwood
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Roman Chamomile
1 drop Sandalwood
1 drop Vetiver
fill with fractionated coconut oil
Apply to feet when needed

Adjust blend/drops based on proper dilution ratio for ages, size, needs. 

Fidget Fixer Rollerball Blend:
In a 10ml rollerball add
3 drops Cedarwood
6 drops Balance
2 drops Lavender
2 drops Frankincense
fill remainder with fractionated coconut oil.
Apply to forehead, back of neck, down spine, or bottoms of feet.

Adjust blend/drops based on proper dilution ratio for ages, size, needs. 

Study Time Rollerball:
In a 10ml rollerball add
1 drops Peppermint
2 drops Wild Orange
2 drop Rosemary
fill remainder with fractionated coconut oil.

Adjust blend/drops based on proper dilution ratio for ages, size, needs. 

Focus Support: Take a drop of Frankincense and grapefruit with a carrier oil, like coconut oil, and massage into temples.
